Cancellation Policy

At Carave Paris, we aim to offer a smooth and reliable shopping experience. In certain situations, order cancellations may be required. Please review the terms below to understand how cancellations are handled.

1. Cancellation by Carave Paris

We reserve the right to cancel an order if fulfillment is not feasible due to

  1. Limited or unavailable inventory.
  2. Errors in pricing or product information.
  3. Quality concerns identified during final inspection.
  4. Security flags or unsuccessful customer verification.

2. Cancellation by Customer

A. Ready to Ship Orders

  1. Before Dispatch You can cancel Ready to Ship orders only before they are dispatched.
  2. Refund A pre dispatch cancellation fee of up to 2% may be deducted. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment source within 10 business days.

B. Make to Order / Customized Jewellery

  1. Within 2 Days of Purchase Full refund will be processed to the original payment source.
  2. After 2 Days of Purchase If cancelled after 2 days whether before or after dispatch, making charges and stone charges will be deducted. The balance will be refunded within 10 business days or can be adjusted for an exchange.

C. Non Cancellable Items

The following items are not eligible for cancellation once the order is placed

  1. Gold and Silver Coins & Bars.
  2. Silver Articles and Rakhi products.
  3. Solitaire items.

3. Failed Transactions

If your payment was debited but the transaction failed, the amount is typically reversed by the payment gateway to your account within 72 hours.
