At Carave Paris, we want you to be absolutely in love with your jewellery. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a transparent 30 Day Money Back Policy and a Lifetime Exchange/Buy Back facility.

1. 30 Day Money Back Policy

Eligible products can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  1. Refund Processing Once the product passes quality inspection at our facility, the refund will be processed within 2 To 3 working days.
  2. Return Shipping We provide Free Return Shipping across India subject to serviceability.

Exclusions Not eligible for 30 day return

  1. Solitaires valued above INR 3,00,000.
  2. Gold and Silver Coins.
  3. Customized or Make to Order jewellery.

2. Refund Modes

  1. Carave Cash Refunded directly to your original payment source or linked bank account.
  2. Carave Credits Added to your Carave Paris account for future purchases Non encashable.
  3. Vouchers/Gift Cards Refunded back to the original voucher/gift card Promotional vouchers may not be eligible.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1.      Request Initiate a return from your Order Details on our website.

2.      Pack Place the jewellery in its original packaging along with the authenticity certificate.

3.      Pickup Process

o    Below INR 35,000 Hand over to the assigned pickup executive.

o    Above INR 35,000 A tamper proof packet will be sent to you. Place the jewellery inside, seal it securely, and hand it over to our representative.

4.      Acknowledgement Always retain your pickup receipt or SMS confirmation.

4. Lifetime Exchange & Buy Back Post 30 Days

After the 30 day window, you can still upgrade or sell back your jewellery based on prevailing market rates.
