Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Carave Paris, we ensure safe and secure delivery of our premium jewellery and coins. All shipments are packed in tamper proof packaging and handled through trusted logistics partners. Products are fully insured during transit to provide you with peace of mind.
1. Delivery Timelines
- Domestic (India) 5 To 10 business days after dispatch.
- International (Global) 5 To 14 business days after dispatch.
- Make to Order / Custom Pieces 15 To 20 days.
2. Shipping Partners & Charges
We offer Free Shipping across India subject to serviceability. We partner with leading logistics experts
- Blue Dart, Ecom Express, Malca Amit, BVC
- An Air Waybill (AWB) or tracking number will be shared immediately after dispatch.
3. Secure Delivery Requirements
To ensure your precious purchase reaches the right hands, the recipient must provide
- Full Name as per government issued photo ID.
- Complete Address with landmark and PIN code.
- Active Contact Number.
Identity Verification At the time of delivery, you may be asked to show an original ID Aadhaar, PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License.
Note Deliveries are only made to residential or workplace addresses. We do not deliver to public locations like malls, hotels, or roadside points.
4. Order Tracking & Address Changes
- Tracking Use the My Account section or the link sent via email.
- Address Change Permitted only before dispatch. Please email us at cares.caraveparis@gmail.com for any urgent changes.
5. Inspection & Reporting (Crucial)
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any discrepancy, report it within 72 hours
- Damaged/Tampered Product Do not discard the packaging. Contact us at +91 9328772518.
- Missing Items Report within 72 hours. Valid complaints are investigated and addressed within 7 working days.
- Non Receipt If you get a Delivered notification but no parcel, contact us immediately. Claims after 72 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
6. Gift Packaging
We offer complimentary gift packaging for select orders. You can add a personalized message at checkout, which we will print on a premium gift card and include with your order.
