At Carave Paris, we value the long term relationship with our customers. We offer a flexible Lifetime Exchange and Buy Back facility for jewellery purchased through our official channels in India. This policy applies after the 14 day return period has ended.

1. Value Calculation Table

All values are calculated based on the prevailing market rates on the date of the request.

Note For Solitaires exceeding INR 5,00,000, the value will be assessed based on current market conditions at the time of the request.

2. Mode of Settlement

1. Exchange Value Issued as Carave Credits, which can be redeemed for your next purchase on our platform.
2. Buy Back Value Issued as Carave Cash, settled as per applicable internal regulations and bank transfers.

3. Important Terms & Conditions

1. Quality Check All products must pass our quality and authenticity verification.
2. Non Refundable Making charges, taxes, and service fees paid at the time of purchase are non refundable.
3. Promotions Any discounts or promotional benefits availed during the original purchase will be adjusted in the final settlement.
4. Certification If the original diamond/solitaire certificate is missing or damaged, a deduction will be applied for re certification.
5. Geographical Limit This policy is currently valid for transactions and customers within India only.
