Who can shop on caraveparis.com?
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. If you are ordering from outside India, you are responsible for making sure your purchase complies with your own country's local laws, in addition to Indian law which governs our platform.
I'm paying with an international card what should I expect?
Your transaction will be shown and processed in INR before you confirm payment. Your card issuer may apply its own currency conversion charge, which is your responsibility, not ours.
Why do prices change without notice?
Jewellery prices are tied to live gold and diamond market rates, so prices can change at any time. You'll always be charged the price shown at the time you complete your purchase.
What other verification might Carave Paris request?
For secure transactions, we may ask for a government photo ID, address proof matching your shipping address, or a payment card image showing only your name and the last four digits.
How long does delivery take?
- Within India: 5To 10 business days after dispatch
- International: 5 To 14 business days after dispatch
- Made to Order / Custom pieces: 15 To 20 days
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Only before dispatch. Email us right away at cares.caraveparis@gmail.com if you need an urgent address change.
My package arrived damaged, tampered, or with items missing what do I do?
Report it within 72 hours of delivery. Don't discard the packaging. Contact us at +91 9328772518 (for damage/tampering) or by email for missing items. Valid claims are investigated and resolved within 7 working days. Claims made after 72 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
How long does a refund take?
Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, refunds are processed within 2 To 3 working days. Refunds can be issued as Carave Cash (to your original payment method/bank), Carave Credits (for future purchases, non encashable), or back to the original gift card/voucher.
Can I cancel my order?
- Ready to Ship orders: cancellable only before dispatch, subject to a cancellation fee of up to 2%. Refunds are issued within 10 business days.
- Make to Order/Customized jewellery: full refund if cancelled within 2 days of purchase. After 2 days, making and stone charges are deducted from the refund.
- Non cancellable items: Gold/Silver coins & bars, Silver articles, Rakhi products, and Solitaire items cannot be cancelled once ordered.
My payment was deducted but the order failed. What happens to my money?
Failed transaction amounts are typically reversed by the payment gateway to your account within 72 hours.
