PAN Card & Order Verification
For purchases exceeding ₹2,00,000, submission of a valid PAN card is mandatory as per Indian regulations.

- Government-issued photo ID (front and back)
- Address proof matching the shipping address
- Payment card image showing only your name and last four digits
- Orders will remain on hold until PAN verification is completed. If PAN details do not match the billing name or are not provided, the order may be canceled.
Registration

Gift Cards
Carave Paris Gift Cards can be redeemed on our website for eligible jewellery products, excluding the purchase of new gift cards and select categories as specified.
- Gift Cards are valid for one year from the date of issue
- Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced
- Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Partial redemptions are allowed until the balance is exhausted or the card expires
Once redeemed online, Gift Cards cannot be canceled or reversed.
