Report it within 72 hours of delivery. Don't discard the packaging. Contact us at +91 9328772518 (for damage/tampering) or by email for missing items. Valid claims are investigated and resolved within 7 working days. Claims made after 72 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, refunds are processed within 2 To 3 working days. Refunds can be issued as Carave Cash (to your original payment method/bank), Carave Credits (for future purchases, non encashable), or back to the original gift card/voucher.

  • Ready to Ship orders: cancellable only before dispatch, subject to a cancellation fee of up to 2%. Refunds are issued within 10 business days.
  • Make to Order/Customized jewellery: full refund if cancelled within 2 days of purchase. After 2 days, making and stone charges are deducted from the refund.
  • Non cancellable items: Gold/Silver coins & bars, Silver articles, Rakhi products, and Solitaire items cannot be cancelled once ordered.

Failed transaction amounts are typically reversed by the payment gateway to your account within 72 hours.
